Who we are

About Maggie's

A family-run bakery and eatery, run by people who grew up right here in Eldoret.

It started at the bakery counter

Maggie's opened its doors as a small bakery on Oginga Odinga Street. Word got around about the bread and the mandazi, the queue got longer, and before long people were asking for a proper plate of food to go with their tea.

So we added a kitchen and our own butchery, then a bigger dining hall — today it seats around 250, which makes it a favourite spot for birthdays, meetings and family functions. One address slowly became a place you can count on for the whole day: a warm loaf in the morning, a hot meal at lunch, and a cake for whatever you're celebrating.

We're still family-run, still on the same street, and still baking every single day.
